We’re getting ready to head out and trim trees this morning. They’re looking really good and we’ll have lots of them for you to pick from. I have been busy finding new and creative things to sell in the Christmas Shoppe and look forward to getting them made.
Our kitchen is finally up and running! A special thanks goes out to all those who made that possible, especially Ron Sanford (our neighbor), Duck Carden (our friend and helper), Greg Adamek (my hubby) and Glen Roberts (the master electrician)… it was no small feat. Yesterday, Tammy made Orange Marmalade and it will be ready for Christmastime. We also have several different varieties of jams and jellies, so remember us when you’re looking for teacher gifts and even hostess gifts.
Our collard greens are looking good! We’ll have them ready as well as turnip greens next week.
On a side note: Abigail went trick-or-treating this year as a farmer, so the long-term future of Minter’s Farm looks secure (even though her nickname is “The Work Stopper”)!
We look forward to seeing each and every one of you this year! We’ll talk back soon…
Stephanie
